Welcome to the Homepage of the forthcoming 30^th International Electric Propulsion Conference, which will take place in Florence from the 17^th to the 20^th of September 2007, organized this year by Alta, Italy, under the auspices of the Electric Rocket Propulsion Society.

The IEPC is the reference conference for electric propulsion for spacecraft, held every second year in alternation between a US and non-US venue.  It brings together over 300 researchers, developers, managers and scholars from more than 15 countries, representing the world-wide Electric Propulsion Community. IEPC provides the perfect forum to present findings in this field and an unequalled opportunity to learn of the latest developments, meet with colleagues and establish new business contacts.

The 2007 edition will mark the return of the IEPC to Italy after 15 years.  It foresees an exciting technical programme with overview papers from the main countries and continents active in this field and up to 80 technical sessions.

We believe that the venue of Florence with its breathtaking beauty and art treasures, fabulous cuisine, excellent shopping facilities and mild September climate, will provide a suggestive backdrop to the technical programme.
