The deadline for hotel reservation via the Conference Website has expired and all unsold rooms reserved at the special discounted price released for sale to the general public. Information on hotels in Florence may be found on www.firenzealbergo.it, the official website of the consortium of Florence's hoteliers.  Particular requests may be addressed to Giulia Franceschini of Newtours.
As the conference falls during the highest peak of Florence's tourist season and in coincidence with two other major events, participants are urged to make hotel arrangements as far in advance of their arrival as possible.
